Our History
The name Green Geophysics:
Green Geophysics grew from Green Engineering, started by Ellen Green, and named after her.
Pellerin & Johnston have decades of experience in near-surface geophysics, including environmental and hydrological investigations, and have a deep commitment to the environment and sustainability.
With Lu’s passing, Green Geophysics has been closely collaborating with long-time associates Adam Schultz and Brady Fry.
Louise Pellerin
Louise Pellerin, PhD, was the president & chief scientist of Green Geophysics, Inc., a woman-owned, small-business based in Berkeley, California. She was also Co-director, Summer of Applied Geophysical Experience (SAGE). She passed away on March 23 2023.
